LA LOVES: WORKOUT WEAR EDITION

  1. Apple Watch: I never wore a watch until the Apple Watch came out, now I can’t imagine getting through the day without it. I love that it tells me when I’ve been sitting down too long (so bossy), when to take a break for some breathing exercises, and that I can start a workout with a couple taps.

  2. Zella Fusion Sports Bra: I wear this when I’m doing a low impact workout or going for a walk. It’s medium support but the color options are really great to wear under a tank top or if you’re brave enough, as your top.

  3. Mega Babe Thigh Rescue: This stuff is life changing. If you’ve never had a thigh gap in your life like me, then you need to add this to your work out routine. I even use it when I’m not working out, usually if I’m wearing a dress or shorts and will be doing lots of walking. Trust me, you won’t know how you lived without it!

  4. Bombas Socks: I know these are pricey for a pair of socks (buy a set for a discount), but to me they are worth every penny. If you ever had issues with the seams of socks rubbing against your shoes, these are the socks for you. The toe seam is hand linked to create a seamless feel, which makes it much more comfortable when you’re running, walking, or doing anything active for that matter.

  5. Nike AeroLayer Running Vest: I love a good vest for running or walking. I like having pockets and an extra layer that provides warmth, but isn’t to constricting. It’s great for a walk around the block or a long run.

  6. Apple AirPods: These have become my latest everyday accessory. I wear them in the car, at work, and of course while working out. They are extremely comfortable and small without sacrificing sound. Siri in your ear, what more could you want?

  7. Energizer Head Lamp: If you’ve ever tried to walk or run at the crack of dawn, it can be difficult if the sun hasn’t come up. I love wearing this headlamp for super early or late night workouts outside because it not only allows me to see what’s in front of me, but also lets others see me coming.

  8. Elomi Energize Sports Bra: This is my go-to high impact sports bra. I’ve run two half marathons and it was all possible because of this bra. I am not exaggerating, if you are the least bit busty, this bra is an absolute must for anything over medium impact workouts.

  9. Brooks Adrenaline GTS 19: I struggle with planters fascistic, and these are the only running shoes that don’t leave me limping at the end of a workout. They are so comfortable and supportive and come in tons of fun colors. They release new colors every season, something I always look forward to.

  10. Adidas ID Winners Sleeveless Tee: It’s not easy to find work out tops that don’t cling to every part of your body, and that’s why I love this one. It’s a little flowy but still gives you good shape.

  11. Nuun Tablets: I like to use these in lieu of sports drinks. They aren’t packed with sugar or additives and you just drop a tablet in a bottle of water. They are hydrating and taste great too.

  12. Anthropologie Mini Coiled Hair Tie Set: Nobody likes sweaty hair in their face when they are working out. These small coiled hair ties are perfect for keeping your hair in place. They hold so well and do not pull or tug on those annoying stray hairs.

  13. Adidas Ultraboost 19: I have these in three colors, that’s how much I love them. The Ultraboost technology lives up to the hype and they have quickly become my favorite walking/every day tennis shoe.

  14. Old Navy High Waisted Elevate Compression Leggings: Everyone has their favorite LBL (little black leggings), but these are my holy grail. They are almost always on sale and they suck you in at all he right places. Never see through and they do not roll down when you move.
